阴道恶性黑色素瘤少见,现报告一例如下。患者女性,57岁,绝经已十年,22岁初婚,24岁足月分娩第一胎,孕_3产_3,末次妊娠于18年前。无不规则阴道流血,未作过妇科检查。1989年7月中旬,患者有二次由阴道排出少量暗红色分泌物,排尿呈喷射状,伴尿道口不适感。体检:一般情况好,心肺(一),胸透(-),心电图示窦性心律偶发房早。三大常规及肾功能正常。妇检;外阴已产型,尿道口右侧见一黑色
