本文阐述了气介式超声波液位计的测量原理;分析了影响气介式超声波液位计测量精度的最大因素——声速测量;提出了新的声速校正的方法;介绍了仪器的构成;实验证明基于此方法研制的气介式超声波液位计精度优于普通气介式超声波液位计。
In this paper, the principle of gas-level ultrasonic level gauge is described. The most important factor that affects the accuracy of gas-level ultrasonic level meter-sound velocity measurement is analyzed. A new method of sound velocity correction is introduced. The structure of the instrument is introduced. It proves that the accuracy of the gas-based ultrasonic liquid level gauge developed based on this method is superior to that of the ordinary gas-liquid ultrasonic level gauge.
