目的探讨68例糖尿病周围神经病变的临床治疗观察。方法选择本院普内科2011.10-2012.10入院的糖尿病并周围神经病变患者68例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗组前列地尔10ug加入生理盐水100ml静注,500ug甲钴胺加管静滴;对照组单纯甲钴胺针500ug加管静滴。结果治疗组较对照组明显有效。结论前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病外周神经病变临床疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical observation of 68 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty-eight patients with diabetes mellitus and peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from Oct 2011 to Oct 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases). Alprostadil (10ug) Intravenous drip; control group mecobalamin 500ug plus intravenous infusion. Results The treatment group than the control group was significantly effective. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a significant clinical effect.
