应用 Dig 标记的 cDNA 探针对51例膀胱移行细胞癌石蜡切片进行 C-myc、Ha-ras 癌基因mRNA 的原位杂交检测。结果显示,C-myc mRNA 阳性率为62.75%(32/51),Ha-ras 为70.6%(36/51)。二者的阳性率和阳性强度随肿瘤的恶性程度的升高而增加。在临床分期较高的肿瘤中二者的阳性率亦明显增高。上述结果提示,C-myc、Ha-ras 癌基因在人膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达增强与膀胱癌的恶性程度及其肿瘤临床特性有关。
Dig-labeled cDNA probes were used to detect the expression of C-myc and Ha-ras oncogene mRNA in 51 bladder transitional cell carcinoma paraffin sections. The results showed that the positive rate of C-myc mRNA was 62.75% (32/51) and Ha-ras was 70.6% (36/51). Both the positive rate and positive intensity increased with the malignant degree of the tumor. The positive rate of the two in the higher clinical stage tumors was also significantly higher. The above results suggest that the enhanced expression of C-myc and Ha-ras oncogenes in human bladder transitional cell carcinoma is related to the malignant degree of bladder cancer and the clinical features of the tumor.
