自20世纪80年代起,资本机构与产品市场竞争的关系一直受到学术界的关注。本文将结合我国有色金属行业的发展状况和趋势,分析驰宏锌锗的融资方式与投向,竞争策略和财务结构。分析结果表明,在考虑产品市场竞争和融资环境下,有色金属企业的融资战略有利于公司的后续发展和避免财务风险。
