目的对不同采收时期的草乌单株鲜重、单株干重及6种生物碱含量进行测定,初步研究草乌的适宜采收时期,为草乌的科学采收和合理利用提供科学依据。方法试验采用单因素随机区组设计,共设置8个采收期,重复3次,共24个处理,每个采收期采样进行草乌单株鲜重、单株干重及6种生物碱含量的测定,草乌生物碱含量测定采用UPLC法,采用BEH shield RP18(2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(0.2%三乙胺)-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.4ml·min-1,检测波长为235nm,柱温35℃。结果草乌的单株鲜重、单株干重在8月30日采收时达到最大值,分别为66.31g,32.17g;6种生物碱含量总和随采收时间呈先升后降趋势,9月15日达到最大值,为5.202 mg·g-1;单株有效成分总量在9月15日采收时达到最大值,显著高于8月30日采收时的单株有效成分总量(P<0.05),为152.52mg。结论草乌产量高峰和有效成分含量高峰不一致,以有效成分总量为指标,初步确定草乌药材的适宜采收期为9月中旬。

The total amount of active ingredients reached the maximum value on September 15, which was significantly higher than the total amount of active ingredients per plant on August 30 Amount (P <0.05) to 152.52 mg. Conclusion The peak of the yield and the content of the active ingredient of A. officinalis are inconsistent. Based on the total amount of active ingredients, the optimum harvesting time of A. officinalis is determined to be mid-September.
