目的 :建立单克隆抗 D细胞株。方法 :用EBV永生化能分泌抗 D的Rh阴性供者的B淋巴细胞 ,经抗 D筛选后用有限稀释法克隆。结果 :建立了 3株能分泌抗 D的人B淋巴细胞株 ,一株分泌的抗体为IgM ,两株为IgG ,抗体效价为 12 8。结论 :EBV转化技术能够用于建立人单克隆抗 D细胞株
Objective: To establish a monoclonal anti-D cell line. METHODS: B lymphocytes secreting anti-D Rh-negative donors were immortalized with EBV and cloned by limiting dilution after anti-D screening. RESULTS: Three strains of human B lymphocytes secreting anti-D were established. One of the secreted antibodies was IgM, two were IgG, and the antibody titer was 12 8. Conclusion: EBV transformation can be used to establish human monoclonal anti-D cell lines
