CERNET即中国教育科研网,全称China Education and Research NET。到目前为止,在中国大陆通过CERNET上网的校园网(主要是大学)超过450个,当然上网人数和机器台数也是很多的(CERNET的统计是平均2000台机器/校园网)。由于中国教育网是为教育和科研服务,因此和大家一般上的邮电网(169,163)有很大的区别,在收费政策上也不一样。一般169和163是按上网时间长短进行收费,而CERNET是按流量计费的。目前,CERNET的收费政策是对有国内路由器的地址完全免费,而对于国际流入量则是￥2.50/MB(以前是￥5.0/MB)。大家算
