目的：观察平阳霉素局部注射治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法：患翼状胬肉病人男性４３例６０眼，女性８３例１１１眼，年龄４４±ｓ１４ａ（２２～７０ａ）。用平阳霉素（ｂｌｅｏｍｙｃｉｎＡ５，博来霉素Ａ５）１支（８ｍｇ／支）加０．９％氯化钠注射液６ｍＬ溶解后注入翼状胬肉体内，每次每眼注入０．１５～０．２ｍＬ，每１０ｄ注射１次，共３～５次。结果：痊愈１１６眼，显效５５眼，总有效率为１００％。５ａ后随访，痊愈８５眼，显效７１眼，无效１５眼，总有效率为９１．２％。结论：平阳霉素局部注射治疗翼状胬肉有良好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of local injection of pingyangmycin in the treatment of pterygium. Methods: There were 43 male patients (60 eyes) and 83 female patients (111 eyes) with age of 44 ± s14a (22-70 days). One tablet of bleomycin A5 (bleomycin A5) (8 mg / tablet) plus 0.9% sodium chloride injection 6mL dissolved, injected into the pterygium body, each injection of 0.15 to 0 per eye. 2mL, injected once every 10d, a total of 3 to 5 times. Results: The cured 116 eyes, markedly effective 55 eyes, the total effective rate was 100%. Follow-up after 5 years, 85 eyes recovered, 71 eyes markedly effective, 15 eyes ineffective, and the total effective rate was 91.2%. Conclusion: Local injection of pingyangmycin has good curative effect on pterygium.
