研制成一种小型、便携式、低值、对人眼安全、无合作目标的LF1系列半导体LD激光测距仪。工作波长:λ=905nm;测距范围:14~1000m;测距精度<±1m;重复频率:100Hz。有多种工作模式,具有省电功能。它的测距能力优于国内外同类低值LD激光测距仪。LF1激光测距仪是一种光子雷达系统。本文从光子测距方程、系统结构、信噪比分析角度,讨论了系统的优化设计。
Developed into a small, portable, low value, eye-safe, non-cooperative goal LF1 series semiconductor LD laser range finder. Working wavelength: λ = 905nm; ranging range: 14 ~ 1000m; Ranging accuracy <± 1m; repetition frequency: 100Hz. A variety of work modes, with power-saving features. Its ranging capability is superior to similar low-value LD laser range finder at home and abroad. The LF1 laser rangefinder is a photonic radar system. In this paper, the optimal design of the system is discussed in terms of photon ranging equation, system structure and signal-to-noise ratio analysis.
