本工作试验了四种不同的工艺方案,测定了各工艺方案对长杆件离子氮化均匀性的影响,并就其结果进行了较详尽的分析,提出了改善离子氮化均匀性的途径。
In this work, four different process schemes were tested, and the influence of each technological scheme on the uniformity of ion nitriding of long rods was measured. The results were analyzed in detail and the ways to improve the uniformity of ion nitriding were put forward.
