城市建筑是城市的重要组成部分,各个城市的公共建筑更是体现了城市的特点,是城市特有的风景。但是一亮到顶的玻璃幕墙建筑不仅会造成光污染,还会因年久失修的玻璃的坠落给行人带来灾难。另外公共建筑也是人员密集场所,一旦发生火灾,造成的影响也是不可预估的。上海市针对这些情况发布了《上海市建筑玻璃幕墙管理办法》(简称《管理办法》)和《上海市建筑消防设施管理规定》(简称《管理规定》)。

In response to these circumstances, Shanghai Municipality has issued Measures for the Administration of Shanghai Architectural Glass Curtain Walls (the “Administrative Measures”) and Regulations for the Administration of Fire Facilities in Shanghai Municipality (“Regulations”).
