本文在对“工作场学习”的内涵进行释义的基础上,结合“工作场学习”在成人学习方面的独特优势,系统论述了基于“工作场学习”的成人高等教育校企合作的特点和优势,进而以北京市海淀区职工大学的创新实践为例,提出了基于“工作场学习”的成人高等教育校企合作的实施策略,即:在教学目标上有机融合个人素质提升与组织绩效实现、在教学方式上形成学校教学与工作学习的多元组合、在教学环境上实现教学环境与工作环境的立体建构。
