跨国设计团队在不同文化起源的其他国家和地区开展设计工作经营时,会因与所在地域的文化观念不同而产生对冲,处于同一设计联合体内的团队成员因分属不同区域,文化背景也会产生冲突。本文借由分析实联水上建筑项目,从三个方面分析了葡萄牙、台湾地区和大陆地区的人文传承特性,并对设计联合体内部群体的跨文化冲突背景、成因进行了分析,以便于总结设计管理中冲突的解决预案的构建,从而有助于在设计和建造的过程中更顺畅地沟通。
When a multinational design team conducts design work in other countries or regions with different cultural origins, it will hedge because of different cultural conceptions in the locality. Team members in the same design federation also have different cultural backgrounds due to their belonging to different regions conflict.
