On December 15, 1993, Peter Sutherland, then-director general of the GATT, settled down and the Uruguay Round of negotiations for the nearly eight-year marathon was finally completed. All negotiators agree to establish the World Trade Organization. The World Trade Organization has a large legal system. It is composed mainly of the legal system established in six parts of the Agreement and its legal documents, including: 1.
