锶是人体必需的微量元素之一,一般70 kg健康人的体内含锶量约为320mg。锶可参与钙的代谢,并与骨骼的形成密切相关,它是骨骼的必要成分之一。最近人们还发现Sr、Ca、Mg、Li、Si等可降低心血管病的死亡率。寻找一种准确测定生物样品锶含量的方法极有意义。近年来,关于生物样品中锶分析,国外有用发射光谱法;原子吸收法;质子荧光法;X荧光法;国内主要是无机样品中锶分析;而生物样品中锶分析与研究尚未见报道。木文采用FINO_3+H_2O_2湿法消化休系,火焰原子吸收法测定人发中锶的含量。锶的浓度在0.500~20.0ppm范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系;检出限为0.200ppm;回收率为98~106%;发样由标准加入法求得锶含量。
Strontium is one of the essential trace elements of the human body, generally 70 kg of healthy human body contains about strontium 320mg. Strontium can participate in the metabolism of calcium, and is closely related to the formation of bones, it is one of the necessary components of bone. Recently, it was also found that Sr, Ca, Mg, Li, Si and other cardiovascular diseases can reduce mortality. Finding a way to accurately determine the strontium content of biological samples is of great interest. In recent years, there are no reports about strontium analysis in biological samples, useful foreign emission spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, proton fluorescence spectrometry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, and strontium analysis in inorganic samples in China. In the paper, the wet digestion system of FINO_3 + H_2O_2 was used to determine the content of strontium in human hair by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Strontium concentration in the range of 0.500 ~ 20.0ppm and absorbance showed a good linear relationship; detection limit of 0.200ppm; recovery rate of 98 ~ 106%; hair samples obtained by standard addition of strontium content.
