我们上海港务局是一个以装卸生产为主的企业单位,担负着全国沿海港口三分之一以上的装卸吞吐任务,同世界上160多个国家和地区的400多个港口有着贸易运输往来。全港现有职工55000人,3400多个班组,近7000名班组长,分布在黄浦江两岸近100公里的港区码头。1980年以来,上海港经过“以整顿文明三室为突破口,抓基础促成果”、“以创建三美型、管理型、智力型班组,狠抓班组基础管理”和“以抓基础管理,实现班组上等级、目标管理一体化”的三期工程,使全港的班组建设上升到一个新水平,全港涌现出了一批思想先进、生产上贡献较大的先进班组。
