500KW 中频弯管机是我厂与陕西省电力建设公司联合设计并由我厂制造的弯管专用设备。该机设计是以弯制三十万瓩汽轮发电机组大口径管道弯头为对象,最大弯制直径为φ508m/m,壁厚可达100m/m。为了满足用户的特殊要求,我厂又在该机上作了扩大范围设计,使弯制的管道口径增大到φ630m/m,曲率半径增加到6米。500KW 中频弯管机从76年底开始研制,经二年设计、试制,于今年9月正式安装调试,10月份投产,至今已弯制了φ508m/m、φ480m/m、φ426m/m 等大口径薄壁管;和φ355×35m/m 的
The 500KW mid-frequency pipe bender is a special equipment for bend pipe jointly designed by our factory and Shaanxi Electric Power Construction Company and manufactured by our factory. The design of this machine is based on the bending of a large-diameter pipeline elbow with a diameter of 300,000瓩. The maximum bending diameter is 508508m/m, and the wall thickness can reach 100m/m.
