大力加强研究生的国际化培养,提高研究生的国际竞争能力,其标准之一就是培养研究生具备较高的英语交际能力,这就对研究生英语教师的素质提出了更高的要求。承担我国研究生英语必修课或选修课的高校英语教师应积极转变教育观念、探索教学模式改革,通过进行国内外访学、攻读博士学位、参与学术讲座和交流、开展科研项目等提高自身综合素质。
To vigorously strengthen the internationalization of postgraduates and to enhance the international competitiveness of postgraduates, one of the criteria is to cultivate postgraduates with high English communication skills, which puts higher demands on the quality of graduate English teachers. The college English teachers undertaking the compulsory courses or elective courses of postgraduates in China should actively change their concepts of education, explore the reform of their teaching modes, improve their comprehensive qualities through studying at home and abroad, pursuing doctoral degrees, participating in academic lectures and exchanges, conducting research projects and so on.
