介绍了一种采用AT89S51单片机针对容栅数显高度尺实现自动化测量的方案。在容栅数显高度尺原有结构基础上进行优化改造,划线爪的定位采用无刷直流行星齿轮减速电机驱动同步齿形带方式实现;利用AT89S51单片机作为微处理器,设计了一个控制系统,包括了数据采集模块、LCD显示屏模块、电机驱动模块以及键盘输入模块的设计。该方案实现了当高度尺进行划线时,可以通过键盘选择增量式或绝对式的方式输入目标高度数据,并且可以实现计算功能(加减运算),划线爪根据设定的目标值实现自动定位。另外,当高度尺用于工件高度测量时,只需将划线爪替换成一个带有反馈信号的接触式测头,便可实现自动测量;实际使用过程中,简单方便的功能较好地提高了工作效率。
