广西会展业近年来发展较快,不论是项目数量还是质量,都在中国东盟博览会的带动下得到了长足的进步。但是,从行业发展的情况来看,人力资源的问题在一定程度上需要进一步的发展以适应会展业的发展需要。会展业是一项专业性、实用性极强的经济产业,其性质决定了会展从业人员必须具备较高的实用技能和业务素质。本文在分析了国内外的会展教育的现状之后,结合地区经济发展的特点和需要,对会展教育的发展提出了相关发展建议。
The exhibition industry in Guangxi has developed rapidly in recent years. Both the quantity and quality of the projects have made great strides under the lead of the China ASEAN Expo. However, judging from the development of the industry, the problem of human resources needs to be further developed to some extent to meet the development needs of the convention and exhibition industry. Convention and Exhibition Industry is a professional, highly practical economic industry, its nature determines the exhibition practitioners must have a higher practical skills and professional qualities. After analyzing the status quo of MICE education at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of MICE education according to the characteristics and needs of regional economic development.
