研究了RECl_3-KCl·NaCl-CaCl熔体在750~850℃范围内的电导率及混合稀土金属(RE)在该体系中的溶解损失,建立了电导率和金属溶解损失的数学模型,并绘出了等值图,分别讨论了电导率和金属溶解损失量随各因素变化的规律。研究结果表明:该体系的电导率随品变升高而增加,随RECl_3或CaCl_2浓度增加而降低;RE的溶解损失量随RECl_3浓度增加而增加,随CaCl_2浓度的增加而减少。
The conductivity of RECl_3-KCl · NaCl-CaCl melt at 750 ~ 850 ℃ and the dissolution loss of mixed rare earth metal (RE) in this system were studied. A mathematical model of conductivity and metal dissolution loss was established and plotted The contour plots were discussed, and the rules of conductivity and metal dissolution loss with each factor were discussed respectively. The results showed that the conductivity of the system increased with the increase of strain, and decreased with the increase of RECl_3 or CaCl_2 concentration. The loss of RE increased with the increase of RECl_3 concentration and decreased with the increase of CaCl_2 concentration.
