本院对一部分妊娠超过三个月以上要求中止妊娠及输卵管结扎者,采用经腹小型剖宫产及输卵管结扎术,今报告如下。临床分析一、手术年龄:年龄最小者26岁,最大者44岁,而以30-35岁者最多(30人)。二、停经月份及局部体征:停经2个月者2例,3个~+月者15例,4个月者35例,5个月者7例。以停经4个月者最多。二例二个月妊娠者,一例系合并卵巢囊肿,一例系妊娠剧吐,此二例均系逃择适应症不当,前者应先人工流产而后进行经腹卵管结扎、囊肿切除,后者应先中止妊娠行人工流产,视病人全身情况,再考虑行卵管结扎。子宫相些于妊娠2个月者2例,3个月以
