1 村村通广播电视工程 1998年7月18日,鑫诺一号卫星发射成功,定点在东径110.5度位置。上有14个Ku转发器和24个C转发器。利用鑫诺一号卫星的Ku转发器作为直播平台,中央电视台将1～8套节目送上卫星,再用电波形式覆盖我国的全部领土。在我国的绝大部分地区,利用小型抛物面天线,就可以接收到质量优良的广播电视信号。从覆盖的角度来看,实现了我国100％的人口和领土的覆盖,剩下的就只是信号的接收问题了,启动了我国村村通电视广播的伟
