住院医师:患者女,68岁,住院号226688。因全身浮肿20年,反复瘫痪16年,便尿困难2年,加重1周,于1994年5月20日入院。20年前感冒后出现眼睑、颜面和双下肢浮肿,血压20/11kPa,尿蛋白(++++)等,在外院诊为肾病综合征(NS),经强的松治疗好转,但仍多次复发。1975年患冠心病、糖尿病、左膝关节炎;1978年出现头晕、四肢麻木、两手发紧,血压30/12kPa,外院诊为高血压病、动脉硬化症、左侧脑梗塞,经神经内科治疗好转。1992年又出现恶心、呕吐、阵发性剧烈头痛、四肢麻木,发作性抽动、便尿困难,按慢性肾功能不全、氮质血症期、多发性脑梗塞、尿毒症性
