[目的]了解含碘消毒液作为漱口水的杀菌效果及毒性。[方法]采用理化分析进行含量稳定性试验,悬液定量法进行杀菌性能检测,动物试验评价毒性。[结果]该含碘漱口液(碘含量为0.676%)对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌杀灭对数值大于5,对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值大于4。[结论]该漱口水对皮肤及黏膜安全无刺激性,具备良好的杀菌效果。
[Objective] To understand the bactericidal effect and toxicity of iodine disinfectant as mouthwash. [Method] The content stability test was carried out by physical and chemical analysis, the bactericidal performance was tested by suspension quantitative method, and the animal experiment was used to evaluate the toxicity. [Result] The logarithm of killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was greater than 5 and the kill logarithm of Candida albicans was more than 4 in iodine gargle with iodine content of 0.676%. [Conclusion] The mouthwash is safe and non-irritating to the skin and mucous membranes and has a good bactericidal effect.
