当前,我国正在大力加强国际传播能力建设,努力构建覆盖广泛、技术先进的现代传播体系,形成与我国现代经济发展水平和国际地位相适应的国际传播能力。加强国际传播能力建设是国家战略,也是一项系统工程。抓好这项工程,人才是关键,人才资源是第一资源。
At present, our country is making great efforts to strengthen the building of an international communication capability and is working hard to build a modern communication system covering a wide range and with advanced technology, so as to create an international communication capability that suits the level of our country’s modern economic development and its international status. Strengthening international communication capacity-building is a national strategy as well as a systematic project. Do a good job in this project, talent is the key, human resources is the first resource.
