采用普理灵疝装置治疗腹股沟疝患者36例,全部治愈.术后出现尿潴留2例,阴囊积液1例,伤口积液1例;无伤口感染.随访3个月至2.5年,无1例复发.该手术具有操作简便,疗效可靠,术后疼痛轻,恢复快,住院时间短,并发症少和复发率低等优点,尤其适合于老年人.
