绿色丝绸之路建设为福建开创高起点的国际科技合作带来新机遇。在“一带一路”建设的空间布局中,福建与“一带一路”沿线国家的经贸合作十分紧密、“五通”基础好、科技创新网络牢靠。在生态文明建设新时代,福建持续先行先试,开发了能源节约、资源循环利用、新能源开发、污染治理、生态修复等关键技术,创造了符合生态文明建设领域科研活动特点的管理制度和运行机制。通过将福建科技国际合作融合生态文明建设经验分享、国际产能合作、关键项目研究、对外人文交流等四径并行,发挥全方位开放的整体效应,为绿色丝绸之路建设树立标杆。
The construction of a green Silk Road has opened up new opportunities for Fujian to set a high starting point for its international cooperation in science and technology. In the space layout of the “Belt and a Road” construction, the economic and trade cooperation between Fujian and the countries along the “Belt and Road” is very close, and the foundation for “five links” is good and the network for scientific and technological innovation is solidly established. In the new era of ecological civilization construction, Fujian continued its pioneering experiments and developed key technologies such as energy conservation, resource recycling, new energy development, pollution control and ecological restoration, and created a management system and operation that is in line with the characteristics of scientific research in the field of ecological civilization construction mechanism. Through the integration of Fujian’s international cooperation in science and technology with the experience of ecological civilization construction, the international cooperation in production capacity, the research on key projects, and the four-pronged path of human and cultural exchanges with other countries, the overall effect of opening to the outside world will be given full play and the goal of building a green Silk Road will be established.
