笔者在课堂实践中发现,有的学生由于缺乏对英语文化背景、文化常识的了解而无法把已学知识融会贯通。这些由学生已有的知识经验而造成的思维定势,对学生用英语理解与交流产生了影响。在认知心理学中,心理学家把这种影响称为迁移。因此,了解并克服语言迁移对英语教学与学习有重要意义。
The author found in the practice of the classroom that some students can not get rid of the learned knowledge due to the lack of understanding of the English cultural background and cultural common sense. These thoughts and thinking, which are caused by the students ’existing knowledge and experience, have an impact on students’ understanding and communication in English. In cognitive psychology, psychologists call this effect migration. Therefore, understanding and overcoming language transfer is of great importance to English teaching and learning.
