双孢蘑菇传统的栽培原料主要是粪草料,稻草或麦草。阿坝牧区缺乏稻草或麦草,而牛粪却很丰富。牛粪以前的用途主要是烧火和用作肥料,产生的经济效益较差,如用作种植双孢蘑菇,利润客观,发展前景广阔。本文就在草地种植双孢蘑的菇棚修建、菌种选择、培养料配方、栽培季节、培养料发酵、播种、发菌管理、覆土、出菇管理等技术供广大菇农参考。
Agaricus bisporus traditional cultivation of raw materials is mainly dung grass, straw or wheat straw. Aba Pastoral lack of straw or wheat straw, and cow dung is very rich.
