用有限元方法研究了2 种典型的非对称结构及参数的动静压轴承的静动特性.结果表明:非对称结构及参数的动静压轴承的轴心位置与承载能力及承载角的关系具有特殊性,在工作状态下具有偏心较大、动压与静压共同作用、刚度高、阻尼大且刚度Kxx与Kyy、阻尼Dxx与Dyy差异显著的特点.
The static and dynamic characteristics of two kinds of typical asymmetric structures and parameters of hydrodynamic bearings were studied by finite element method. The results show that the relationship between the axial position of the hydrodynamic bearing with asymmetric structure and parameters and its bearing capacity and bearing angle is special. It has larger eccentricity under the working condition, dynamic pressure and static pressure, high stiffness and large damping And the stiffness Kxx and Kyy, damping Dxx and Dyy significantly different characteristics.
