在中国高等教育发展的今天,中国民办高等职业教育也在蓬勃发展,并促进社会和经济发展发挥了重要作用。然而现在民办高职院校教师队伍建设面临着困难,中青年骨干教师流失严重,严重危及民办高职教育的长远发展。本文通过阐述教师流失的前兆及风险,分析民办高职院校教师流失原因提出教师流失的对策,以使民办高职院校更好的留住人才,增强教师队伍的建设。
Today, with the development of higher education in China, the non-governmental higher vocational education in China has also played an important role in its vigorous development and in promoting social and economic development. However, nowadays, there are difficulties in the construction of teaching staff in private higher vocational colleges. The loss of backbone teachers in middle and young age seriously jeopardizes the long-term development of private higher vocational education. This essay expounds the preconditions and risk of teachers ’loss, analyzes the cause of loss of teachers in private higher vocational colleges, puts forward the countermeasures of teachers’ loss so that private higher vocational colleges can better retain talents and enhance the construction of teachers.
