本省的监察工作,在马明方主席正确领导下和各级监察干部的努力下,在工作方面取得了很大的成绩。三年来,各地采用联合检查组的办法,检查了农田水利、各种贷款、民主建政、财经制度及干部思想作风等工作,均起了指导和推动作用。其中较突出的是成阳专区,由于白耀明专员的重视领导监察工作,成绩很好。刘景范副主任曾表扬过我们。但各级监委也有严重的缺点和错误,如积案很多,长安一县就有一千件以上。本委为了纠正这一现象,屡次督促办理,并派委员干部下去协助清理。又在陕西省第二届监察会议时,由刘茵侬副秘书主任作了专题发言。会后各地都重视了这一工作,处理了不少的积压案件,如长安县积压的案件,已将大部分处理了。但因限于人事条件和一般干部的工作能力,要想一下子处理完
