多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)在全国各地医院疾病分类中没有一个明确的、合理的编码。ICD-10有全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)是根据病因和是否伴有器官功能衰竭分类,而没有文字上的对MODS分类,但实质上MODS符合类目R65(SIRS)中对器官功能衰竭的描述。类目R65中infectious origin的中文翻译为传染性病因是不恰当的,应翻译为感染性病因。临床诊断多器官功能衰竭与MODS不是一个疾病,不要混淆。为了规范疾病编码,达到全国疾病分类代码统一[1],应给予MODS一个正确的、较为合理的编码,以解决此疾病编码混乱和错误的问题。
Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome (MODS) There is no clear and reasonable code in the classification of hospital diseases across the country. ICD-10 has systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) based on etiology and whether there is a classification of organ failure without a word on the MODS classification, but in essence MODS is in line with the classification of R65 (SIRS) in organ failure description. The translocation of the Chinese origin of infectious origin in category R65 into an infectious etiology is inappropriate and should be translated as an infectious etiology. Clinical diagnosis of multiple organ failure and MODS is not a disease, do not be confused. In order to regulate the disease coding and achieve the unity of the national disease classification code [1], a correct and reasonable code for MODS should be given to solve the problem of confusion and error of the disease coding.
