职务犯罪的发展形势对检察机关的惩防工作提出了新的挑战,构建珠三角惩防职务犯罪一体化机制势在必行。构建珠三角惩防职务犯罪一体化机制应遵循平等协商、互相尊重、公开透明、科学发展原则。在畅通情报信息、加强办案协作、设立区域预防中心等方面,珠三角检察机关应紧密合作,并从法律、技术、经费、考核、培训等方面提供保障,确保一体化机制的运作。
The development of job-related crimes poses new challenges to the prosecution’s punishment and prevention work. It is imperative to establish an integrated mechanism to punish and prevent job-related crimes in the PRD. Building an integrated mechanism to punish and prevent job-related crimes in the Pearl River Delta should follow the principles of equal consultation, mutual respect, openness and transparency, and scientific development. The prosecutorial agencies in the PRD should work closely with each other and provide guarantees in terms of law, technology, funding, assessment and training so as to ensure the operation of the integrated mechanism in smoothing out intelligence information, strengthening case coordination and setting up regional preventive centers.
