图1所示为电机定子冲片零件,周边均布了24个槽及4个φ8.4mm的孔。中小批量生产时,该零件一般是先落料,后用多槽复式冲模将孔和槽冲出。其所用的卸料装置大多是刚性或弹性打料。但是这两种卸料方式均有不足之处。采用弹性打料,工件受卸料弹簧的作用使其紧贴在凹模上,另外由于毛刺及局部真空吸附作用,而不能使用接料盘取件,给采用机械手
