新常态是指由过去的状态向一种新的相对稳定的常态的转变,是一个优化转型的过程。本文勾勒了图书馆新常态的主要表现,提出应从服务创新、图书馆员提升、标准化建设和合作共享4个方面着力创新图书馆新常态。
The new normal refers to the transition from the past state to a new, relatively stable and normal one and is a process of optimizing the transition. This article sketches the main manifestations of the new normalcy of the library and puts forward that the new normalization of libraries should be innovated in terms of service innovation, librarian promotion, standardization construction and cooperation and sharing.
