1945年3月27日,海关总税务司署颁布通令:“查各地应行由海关接收之税警,计有昆明独立第四营全营,重庆警卫大队内两连,西安独立第一营内两连,兰州独立第二营内一连。各地税警经过改编为关警队后,原在云南部队,拟即分配于昆明、腾冲(包括畹町)、南宁及长沙各关区;原在重庆部队,分配于万县、沙市两关区;原在兰州部队,分配于兰州、绥远两关区;原在西安部队,分配于西安、洛阳两关区。除另行分令有关各关区税务司遵照接收改编外……”
On March 27, 1945, the General Taxation Department of the General Administration of Customs issued an order: “Check all the tax authorities that should be accepted by the Customs, including the fourth battalion of the independent battalion in Kunming, the two battalions in Chongqing’s guard battalion, the first battalion in Xi’an Independence Nei Liangnian and Lanzhou Independence Second Battalion in a row.After the tax police were all adapted to turn off the police force, the former troops in Yunnan were about to be distributed to Kunming, Tengchong (including Wanding), Nanning and Changsha, Chongqing troops, assigned to Wanxian, Shashi two customs areas; former Lanzhou troops, assigned to Lanzhou and Suiyuan two customs areas; the former Xi’an Forces, assigned to Xi’an, Luoyang two customs areas. Inland Revenue Department to accept the adaptation of the outside ...... ”
