随着我国法制社会建设进程的不断加快,人民法院作为国家专门审判机关,肩负的责任更加重大。行使独立审判职能是人民法院实现司法公正的一个重要组成部分,而独立审判的实现,需要充足的经费作为保障。但是目前我国法院经费保障体制存在不少问题,从而影响了人民法院司法改革的整体推进。改革现行法院经费体制,积极探索和构建适合我国国情的人民法院经费保障体制是当前司法改革的当务之急。
As the process of building a legal society in our country continues to accelerate, the people’s court, as a specialized national judicial authority, has even greater responsibilities. The exercise of the independent trial function is an important part of the people’s court in realizing judicial justice. However, the realization of an independent trial requires adequate funding for its protection. However, at present, there are many problems in the system of guaranteeing court funds in our country, thus affecting the overall progress of the judicial reform in the people’s court. To reform the existing system of court funds and actively explore and construct the funds guarantee system of the people’s court that suits our national conditions is the most urgent task for the current judicial reform.
