一、诊断依据:全数均有突然上腹剧痛,性如刀割或针刺,呈阵性加剧,其痛拒按。部分伴背、腰、胸或肩胛部放射痛,或呕恶,或腹肌紧张。尿淀粉酶皆在130单位以上。血检白细胞1～1.6万/mm~3者5例。二、处方用药:柴胡、大黄、法半夏、丹参各15克,金钱草、败酱草各30克,黄芩、赤芍、炙甘草各12克,木香、枳壳各10克。水煎一日一付,三次分服。痛甚加金铃子散;热重加黄连、银花、地丁;呕恶加竹茹、复花;食欲不振、苔厚腻加鸡内金、莱菔子、佩兰;大便秘结重用大黄,加芒硝。三、治疗结果:服药3～15付,平均
