应用因子分析法，对南通市第一产业中知识经济的主成分作了定量分析，得出了目前第一产业中起主要作用的知识经济成分，克服了只作定性分析的缺陷，使决策者有据可依，实现在国家宏观调控下，对南通市第一产业的微观调控。
