China’s Ministry of Commerce recently released a list of rare earth exporters in 2007. A total of 39 enterprises received the status to export rare earth products in the new year. Based on a report, the application for such status has been sent to the ministry with a series of documents including the enterprises foreign trade status and the waste discharge certification as well as the environmental evaluation report and the customs code numbers.
