根据机组的实际情况,总结原苏联670T/h锅炉省煤器在实际运行过程中,出现过的具有典型的事故及存在的问题,进行研究、分析,依据试验、实验、计算所取得的成果和螺旋翅片管省煤器在#5锅炉中的实际应用,决定对#6炉省煤器进行改造,由原有的光管式省煤器改造为螺旋翅片管省煤器。从#6炉省煤器的结构形式、管材的选用、改造后的影响,直到施工前的组织设计,进行全方位考虑,经过#6炉省煤器改造后实际运行情况表明,使锅炉运行的安全性、经济性、得到了很大的提高,减少省煤器的磨损及漏泄次数,降低了排烟温度,减少了工人劳动强度,充分体现出螺旋翅片管省煤器在原苏联670T/h锅炉中的优越性。
