很多种细胞都需要得到信息以对外界的刺激做出反应,而细胞表面受体对于激发这些信息则是必需的.受体与生化信使如激素和神经递质的相互作用启动了生物膜上的化学和物理变化,从而使细胞表现出其特有的功能.以前认为受体受到刺激后,膜的早期生化改变有:(1)磷脂的更新率增加;(2)Ca~(2+)的通透性增加;(3)环核苷酸的水平增加;(4)膜的磷酸化增加。但至今仍未搞清这些事件是怎样相互关联和前后交替的.本文中我们把这些复杂的事件设想为
