鼓励广大的农民群体进行创业活动是解决社会就业,提升农民收入水平、打破城乡二元经济发展不平衡的重要路径。然而农民创业者缺乏创业方面的信息,加上他们的教育水平普遍不高、缺乏创业经验、缺乏市场意识、对风险的评估能力有限等等。这些极大地阻碍了农民创业活动的开展。基于此,本研究深入分析了农民创业者的信息结构及其影响因子,从农民创业者自身特征出发构建相应的信息获取机制,并提出相应对策,以指导农民创业者更好地进行创业活动。
Encouraging the broad masses of farmers to carry out entrepreneurial activities is an important way to solve social employment, increase the income level of farmers, and break the imbalance between urban and rural economic development. However, farmers entrepreneurs lack entrepreneurial information, coupled with their generally low level of education, lack of entrepreneurial experience, lack of market awareness, and limited ability to assess risks. These have greatly hampered the development of farmers’ entrepreneurial activities. Based on this, this study deeply analyzes the information structure and impact factors of farmers entrepreneurs, constructs corresponding information acquisition mechanisms from the characteristics of farmers entrepreneurs, and proposes corresponding countermeasures to guide farmers entrepreneurs to better conduct entrepreneurial activities.
