目的:观察清肺口服液在细胞培养上对腺病毒I3b7基因型的拮抗作用。方法:采用组织培养体外抗病毒实验方法[1],比较不同组之间细胞病变抑制率。结果:含清肺口服液的血清均有抑制病毒感染后细胞病变的作用。结论:含清肺口服液的血清作1∶2、1∶4、1∶9稀释后均能抑制腺病毒I3b7型感染后的细胞病变。
Objective: To observe the antagonistic effect of Qingfei oral liquid on the adenovirus I3b7 genotype in cell culture. Methods: Tissue culture in vitro antiviral assays [1] were used to compare the inhibition rates of cytopathic effects between different groups. RESULTS: Serum containing Qingfei Oral Solution all had the effect of inhibiting cytopathy after viral infection. Conclusion: Serum containing Qingfei Oral Liquid can inhibit the cytopathic effect of adenovirus I3b7 after 1:2, 1:4, and 1:9 dilution.
