Prestressed concrete technology enables buildings to provide a large space without increasing the height of the floor to meet the flexibility requirements of the building layout. The author summarizes the technology of unbonded prestressed concrete in the structural design of the office building of Hanghua Trade Center. The successful application of the method describes in more detail the design of unbonded prestressed beams, the handling of some special structures and their practices, for the reader’s reference only.
