The rate of industrial growth is a cold-heat meter that measures the hot and cold of the national economy. Since 1985, China’s industry has been growing at an annual rate of more than 10%. However, the gap between the rapid industrial development and the actual effective supply has been expanding year by year. The issue of overestimation of the rate of industrial growth has drawn the attention of economic and theoretical circles and other relevant departments day and day. Many comrades have done useful research on this issue. However, in the discussion of this issue, there are too many qualitative analyzes and too few quantitative analyzes, thus making it difficult to accurately grasp the extent to which China’s industrial growth is overestimated. This article tries to make some exploration on this issue from the perspective of price changes.
