白细胞尿(leukocyturia)是泌尿系感染最常见的化验表现,临床医生在发现白细胞尿时首先会考虑是泌尿系感染,应用抗生素。其实,白细胞尿除常见于泌尿系感染外,也广泛见于各种非泌尿系感染性疾病,新近研究表明,白细胞尿对于判断肾脏疾病病情严重程度具有一定的指导意义。
Leukocyturia is the most common manifestation of urinary tract infections. Clinicians first consider urinary tract infections and use antibiotics when they find leukocytosis. In fact, leukocyte urinary excretion is common in urinary tract infection, but also widely found in a variety of non-urinary tract infectious diseases, recent studies have shown that leukocytosis to determine the severity of renal disease has some guidance.
